I'm rewriting my review to match my experience. I'm a tad confused because after I reached out they responded within 24 hours. They wanted a screenshot of what I was seeing, and they eventually were able to charge my card. Not sure what happened, but after a day of hassle and reaching out, without updating, they were able to charge my card. Not sure what changed but communication should have been sent to me once they were able to complete the purchase.

I’m really curious about the people that say that is tastes great. I can’t get through a cup no matter how much I try to dilute it down with more water. I guess it’s the collagen that makes it slimy effect and I tried the mango and it’s horrible.
